In this sermon we celebrate the many decisions that were made for Christ this week at VBS. Yay God! We also take a moment to honor and give thanks for our earthly dads. They were given to us by our Father in Heaven and no matter how imperfect they might be, God—The Perfect Dad, calls us to honor them. This morning we pray for the families and friends of those lost in the tragic shooting, especially the dads, who for the very first time, because of the horrific killings, will not have a child here to embrace on this day. So, today we step away from our series on prayer to reflect on what the shooting in Orlando has stirred in our hearts and the heart of our nation and to look to Jesus for the way to live for Him while living in this Culture of CHAOS.
