Teda is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and holds a Master of Science degree in Clinical Counseling from Charleston Southern University. Teda also holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a minor in English. Teda’s approach to counseling reflects her personal belief in the power of God to bring healing; that healing comes from truth and truth comes from knowing The Truth. Teda integrates evidenced-based therapies and their tools, along with an integrated faith-based approach to counseling. She provides counseling services to young adults, women with marital challenges, and women of high visibility. Teda specializes in clinical issues related to anxiety and depression disorders, cultural concerns, self-esteem issues, codependency, parenting and family issues and stage of life transitions.
