Advent loosely means “Coming” or “Arrival”. The Advent season is when we prepare ourselves to celebrate the coming of God the Son as Jesus the Babe. We also look to the second coming of Jesus one day. So Advent is a wonderful time. Each Sunday, we will focus on a theme that directs our attention to the blessings Christ brings. We’ll think of Hope, Peace, Joy, Love, and Christ Himself.
