This morning we start into our exploration of the Christmas Story as found in John chapter 1. Pastor Terry Feil helps us to understand that the story not only calls us to look back at the coming of Jesus as a human baby born in the manger, but also calls us to look hopefully and expectantly to Jesus’ second coming when he returns to fully establish his kingdom here on earth. As his people, we are to be anxiously awaiting and looking for his return to bring complete justice and righteousness, and this time when our hope in him will be completely realized.
