In this sermon we continue to explore the Apostle Paul’s letter to the church at Colossae, a letter that is over 2000 years old. Once again this week the Lord showed me how “Alive” His Word is. It is as relevant to our culture and the human condition of our day as it was when the Colossians first read the words we read today. I’m so grateful to live in a time when His precious Word is so easily accessible. This morning we see God’s detailed plan for living in the freedom Christ has given to us as His beloved. Not just a freedom “from”, but a freedom “to”. The freedom to be, the me that He sees!
